Early Isamu Noguchi Akari Light Sculpture BB3 45A Floor Lamp
A great example of Isamu Noguchi's Light sculpture: 45A shade on BB3 base. Original paper packaging for 45A shade.
The bright red Sun and Moon stamp on the shade indicates that this is the earliest edition of Noguchi's Akari, and it has rarely been used. "Made in Japan" appears on the BB3 base.
The shade is in good condition, with some discoloration due to age, some pin holes, same goes for the base.
