1. Do you offer shipping?
We partner with several blanket-wrap delivery service companies. Average shipping timeline is 2-6 weeks. If you need an item sooner, please reach out to us directly and we can work with you. After an order is confirmed, we will send a separate invoice to collect shipping payment and tax on the item based on delivery address confirmation.
2. When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines may vary based on each piece and the shipping location. We are working as quickly as possible to get your order to you. Thank you for your patience!
3. Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer standard international shipping. However, if there is a piece you are interested in, please reach out to us directly at kay@socialobjects.us for a case by case consideration.
4. Where do you ship to and what is the shipping policy?
Social Objects ships to 48 states within the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We work with a handful of preferred shipping vendors across the US, inclusive of blanket-wrap services that include in-home delivery. We’ve had consistently good results with all our shipping vendors.
5. What if something goes wrong during shipping?
In the rare event something gets damaged, please note the damage on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery, and let us know. We’ll process a claim with the shipping company once we have the information we need about the damage. If the damage cannot be repaired, we’ll coordinate collection of the damaged goods and refund your money.
6. Can I reserve an item?
If there is a particular item you would like to reserve, please email us asking at kay@socialobjects.us; we can offer a complimentary 8 hour hold on an item or a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the sales price. Otherwise all items are first-come first serve and are non-refundable.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
There will be a 15% per item restocking fee if the items have not been picked up by the courier. Otherwise if the items have shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
8. What type of payment do you take?
We accept payment via credit card, Paypal, as well as Apple Pay and Android Pay via Shopify. Payment should be made in full when an order is placed and a separate invoice will be sent to collect shipping payment and tax on the item, after final delivery address is confirmed.
9. Refund and Exchange
All items are final sale and cannot be refunded. In some instances, we can offer exchange with a product of equal or more value, only if the item has not been shipped.
