This is the Kali three seater sofa designed by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset, France, upholstered in soft gray/ off-white leather. Some patina and wears on the leather, no tears. Ready to be used.

The 'Kali' sofa by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset, France, was designed in the 1970s and is currently no longer in production making it a rare collectors piece, unlike other Ligne Roset design such as the Togo sofas. In comparison to the Togo, it does not have the pleats and is more understated with a triangular stitched pattern.
