A rare and expansive Hans Olsen TV-161 modular sofa, produced in Denmark in 1950s, from Cane and Afromosia.

Modular TV bench model 161 designed by Hans Olsen for Bramin Case study house #20B, also known as the 'Bass house', was completed in 1958. This striking house was designed for Industrial and graphic designer Saul Bass and his wife, biochemist Dr. Ruth Bass and was constructed on the site of an old estate in Altadena.

This set consists of two three seater bases, six chairs and two tables that can be reconfigure in number of ways to suit your space, as seen in photos.

Condition report: All chairs have been recaned and stained, while the frame is in original condition, still in great shape, minimal wear for its age.
