Designed by Hans Hopfer in 1971, the Mah Jong sofa is an iconic model of the Roche Bobois collections, and offers total freedom of form and function. From three simple elements, stacked or juxtaposed, the Mah Jong allows for infinite compositions. Each cushion is entirely hand-made and sewn in a dedicated workshop. Dressed in assertive fabrics that match its design, the Mah Jong remains a reference in creativity and modularity. It is presented here in a combination of Missoni fabrics, both original and exuberant. The pairing of plain and patterned fabrics give rhythm to this model, which continues to surprise while remaining true to itself.
